rtb-test-support — standalone module¶

rtb-test-support was extracted from this monorepo into the phpboyscout Rust toolkit (Wave 3 of the multi-repo decomposition). It is published from the same repo as rtb-app, and the crate name, API, and behaviour are unchanged (TestAppBuilder, TestWitness).
